Buyer Identity Policy
The billing info on the order must match the info of the person who will be picking up the order at the FFL and filling out the Form 4473. We reserve the right to cancel the order if we believe this not to be the case.
Returns Policy
ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL
Once a buyer takes legal possession of a firearm from the receiving FFL, the firearm cannot be returned.
If a firearm is returned to us from a receiving FFL because of a failed buyer background check, the return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
You may return most new, unopened, non-gun items within 30 days of delivery for store credit in full, or a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. DO NOT just send the item back without obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
Shipping
By law we are not allowed to ship firearms to your home. We can ship your gun order to a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) of your choosing in participating states where the ordered items are not prohibited by law. When you go to pick it up there, they will provide the paperwork for your background check and release the gun to you in accordance with local laws and regulations.
Even some non-gun products are regulated by state law and may be prohibited in your state. Please research your local laws and regulations before completing any purchase.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Pick Up In Store
We are a Certified FFL and you can pick your guns up at our location in Sanford, FL. If you plan to pick your guns up at our location please remember to bring two forms of government issued identification including your drivers license or state identification card. We will issue your form 4473 when you arrive. If you have a concealed carry permit, bring that as well. Hand gun purchases require a 72 hour waiting period for buyers that do not have a concealed carry permit.
